Terms

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of tigerlilyresearch.com and the apps published by Tigerlily Research LLC (“Tigerlily”, “we”, “us”), a Kansas limited liability company in Overland Park, Kansas. By using the website or an app, you agree to them.

Using this website

This website tells you about Tigerlily and our work. Please use it lawfully. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

Our apps

If an app shows its own terms, or if your business has a signed agreement with us, those apply to that app and come first where they differ from these terms. Otherwise these terms apply.

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Only add information to an app that you have the right to share.
  • Don’t use an app to harass anyone, break the law, or get around its security.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. We work to keep our apps running, but we can’t promise they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or retire features over time.

What you send us

When you send us an idea or details about your business through the form or by email, we use them to reply and to talk about working together. Please don’t send anything confidential through the form. If you would like a confidentiality agreement before sharing details, ask us first.

Our content

The Tigerlily name, logo, crest, designs, words and screenshots on this website belong to Tigerlily or to the businesses whose work is shown. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

This website links to other sites, such as creativeroas.com and YouTube. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The website and apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about them beyond those in these terms or in a signed agreement.

Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Tigerlily is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using the website or an app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Kansas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
