Privacy policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains what Tigerlily Research LLC (“Tigerlily”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, tigerlilyresearch.com, and through the apps we publish, and what we do with it. We keep it short and in plain words. If anything is unclear, email joe@tigerlilyresearch.com.
This website
You can read this website without giving us anything. It has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it sets no cookies.
- The contact form. If you send the form, we receive what you type: your name, your email, your business name if you add it, your message, and the options you pick (what you want and when). Our website emails it to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, which keeps a record of the emails it sends for a limited time. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel’s servers see your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for, and keep short-lived logs to run and protect the site.
- Fonts. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them, and Google sees your IP address when it does.
Our apps
This policy also covers the apps Tigerlily publishes, including in Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Each app collects only what it needs to do its job. Depending on the app, that can include:
- Account details, such as your name, email and phone number, so you can sign in and so we can contact you about your account.
- What you add to the app, such as messages, schedules, check-ins, notes or listings, so the app can show and share them with the people you choose.
- Location, only if you allow it and only for a feature that needs it. For example, a staff app can offer to clock you in when you arrive at a field.
- Device and app details, such as your device model, system version and app version, so we can fix problems and keep the app working.
- Payments. If an app takes payments, a payment company such as Stripe handles your card details. We don’t see or store full card numbers.
Each app’s store listing and permission prompts show what that app uses. You can turn off permissions like location at any time in your phone’s settings.
Apps we run for a business
Some of our apps run a business’s day-to-day work, such as a club’s staff app or a service company’s back office. That business decides what information goes in, which can include details about its own customers and, for a youth sports club, its players. We keep and use that information only to run the app for that business. If you are one of its customers or players, the business is your first contact for questions about your information, and you can also email us.
Children
Our website and apps are not made for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the service companies that help us run our website and apps, such as hosting, databases, email and text messaging, forms and payments, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and emails for as long as we are talking with you and for our business records. We keep app information while your account or the business’s app is active, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email joe@tigerlilyresearch.com from the address you used with us, and tell us which app or form it is about. We will reply and confirm when it is done.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable care to protect your information, including secure connections (https) and limiting who can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
